Committee of Adjustment
The Committee of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body under the
Planning Act, composed of residents from the Township
of Severn as appointed by Council. The Committee of Adjustment
considers applications for minor variances from the Township's Zoning
By-law and considers applications to divide land. The Committee
holds hearings and makes decisions on these land use matters.
