Notice: Fairgrounds Road closure rescheduled for April 13

Notice of road closure

Fairgrounds Road (Warminster Side Road to Thorburn Road) will be closed on April 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for cross culvert replacement. There will be no through traffic at 3168 Fairgrounds Road.

Notice of cancellation of tax sale for 4207 Delta Road

Take notice that the tax sale of 4207 Delta Road, Severn Bridge, Ontario, P0E 1N0 has been cancelled as of April 11, 2023.  

A tax sale sale can be cancelled by the Director of Finance/Treasurer at any time before a tax deed or notice of vesting is registered on title. This means a tax sale can be cancelled before the tender opening or even after the tender is closed.

Sand bags available for residents

Stations set-up in Washago and Lauderdale Crescent

In response to high water levels, the Township has made self-serve sand bag stations. Sand and burlap bags are provided, but please bring your own shovel to fill them up and take them away. Delivery is not available.

The stations will remain open until the water has receded and is no longer a threat to properties.
