Economic Development Strategy
We're excited to announce the completion of our Economic Development Strategy (strategy) and approval by Council on April 3, 2024. The economic wellbeing of Severn is directly impacted by the successes and challenges facing our community. The strategy has established a vision and strategic priorities to guide economic development initiatives by the Township of Severn over the next five years.
About the strategy
This initiative was a Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) project that was customized to support the Severn community. It applied a structured, action-orientated, and community-based approach to business and economic development.
